Jay County Jr/Sr High School Site Renovation: Tennis, Water Lines, Sidewalks

The Board of School Trustees of the Jay School Corporation is soliciting sealed bids for the Jay County Jr/Sr High School Site Renovation project. This project includes renovations to the tennis courts, replacement of water lines, and sidewalk construction. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 AM local time on May 12, 2026, at the Jay School Corporation Administration Office, located at 414 East Floral Avenue, Portland, Indiana. Bids will be opened and tabulated at that time in the Board Room. A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for April 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Jay County Jr./Sr. High School, 2072 West SR 67, Portland, Indiana. Attendees should enter and check-in at Door #1. All bidding and construction must comply with the construction documents prepared by Barton-Coe-Vilamaa, Architect and Engineers, Inc.
