State of Utah Airline Tickets and Airfares Contract

The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish multiple contracts for the provision of airline tickets and airfares. These services will be utilized by the State of Utah and other eligible users. Vendors will undergo a multi-stage evaluation process. Initially, technical proposals will be assessed, and vendors must achieve a minimum score to advance to the cost proposal stage. The final award will be based on a combination of the technical score and the cost proposal score, with vendors needing to meet both a technical threshold and a total RFP score threshold. The resulting contract is anticipated to be for a duration of five (5) years, with guaranteed percentage discounts on airfares for the entire contract term. An administrative fee of 0.00% is specified.
