Downtown Yukon Master Plan and Strategic Economic Development Framework

The City of Yukon is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to prepare a comprehensive Downtown Master Plan and Strategic Economic Development Framework. This plan will guide the future growth and development of the downtown area, defining boundaries, identifying catalytic opportunity sites, integrating economic development strategy, and providing actionable implementation guidance. The selected consultant will be responsible for all professional services, technical analysis, stakeholder engagement, and economic modeling necessary to complete the project. The anticipated project duration is twelve months.
