Repair and Remodel of HHSC Facility Break Room

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids for the repair and remodel of their facility break room, located at 1460 19th Street NW, Paris, TX. The scope of work includes removing existing fixtures and finishes, installing new commercial-grade double sinks, faucets, cabinets, and countertops, as well as replacing flooring and cove base. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for repairing wall damage, texturing, and painting walls and door trim. All work must be completed after normal work hours or on weekends/holidays, and the project must be finished by August 31, 2026.
