Insurance Brokerage, Risk Management, and Third-Party Administration Services
County of Lancaster
The County of Lancaster is seeking proposals for comprehensive insurance brokerage, risk management consulting, and third-party administration (TPA) services for worker's compensation and liability claims. The selected contractor will be responsible for administering the County's property and liability insurance programs, managing various lines of insurance including general liability, auto, fidelity, professional liability, and cyber liability. Additionally, the contractor will assist in identifying, minimizing, and managing current and potential risks, providing safety consultations, loss prevention assistance, and ergonomic assessments. For claims administration, the contractor will handle reporting, investigation, medical bill re-pricing, indemnity payments, and coordination with carriers and legal counsel for both worker's compensation and liability claims. Proposals must be delivered or mailed to the Purchasing Office, Lancaster County Government Center, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 712, Lancaster, PA 17603, to arrive no later than 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Proposals must be clearly identified on the outside of the sealed package with the words "PROPOSALS FOR INSURANCE BROKERAGE, RISK MANAGEMENT AND THIRD-PARTY ADMINISTRATION (26-006)".
