Horine Road Overlay Project

The Festus Special Road District is soliciting sealed bids for the Horine Road Overlay Project. The project involves pavement milling, including edge milling and butt joints, and the application of approximately 33,500 square yards of Type C ultrathin bonded wearing surface, 1 inch thick, on Horine Road in Jefferson County, Missouri. All other incidental items and work described in the contract documents are also included. Bid packages will be distributed electronically via email at no cost to the bidder; hard copies will not be available for purchase. Bidders are responsible for making their own printed copies of the bid documents.
