Description

The City of Kansas City, Missouri (KCMO) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional services for a comprehensive parking study and the design, deployment, and evaluation of a one-year Parking Benefit District (PBD) pilot program. The study will focus on one or two designated areas, with the PBD boundaries to be further defined post-award. The anticipated contract duration is approximately 18-24 months, encompassing study, planning, implementation, pilot operations, and evaluation.
