Parking Study and Pilot Program Evaluation Services

The City of Kansas City, Missouri (KCMO) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional services for a comprehensive parking study and the design, deployment, and evaluation of a one-year Parking Benefit District (PBD) pilot program. The study will focus on one or two designated areas, with the PBD boundaries to be further defined post-award. The anticipated contract duration is approximately 18-24 months, encompassing study, planning, implementation, pilot operations, and evaluation. The selected consultant will collaborate closely with KCMO officials to refine the scope, approach, and outcomes before contract finalization. Firms are required to review and provide any requested changes to the Standard City Contract with their submission.
