Lower Monumental Diffuser Grating

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is seeking interested business sources for Lower Monumental Diffuser Grating. This solicitation will result in an award of a firm-fixed-price non-commercial supply contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 332312 - Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This sources-sought notice is a market research tool to identify businesses with the interest and capability to accomplish the work. Responses should include project examples demonstrating technical experience, a reference list, subcontracting plans, business size status, intent to propose, bonding capacity, Cage Code, and SAM.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI). The scope of work includes components such as Wide Flange (ASTM B308/B308M, 6061-T6 material), Angle (ASTM B308/B308M, 6061-T6 material), Grating (ANSI MBG 531-00 and ASTM F626 compliant, 6063-T6 material), and Undercut Anchors (ASTM Type 316 Stainless Steel, 0.75-inch diameter, minimum 10-inch effective depth, seismic shear strength of 20,875 lbf, yield stress of 105 ksi, tested per ACI 355.2). Fasteners for bolts, nuts, and washers must conform to ASTM F468, F467, and B209 respectively, all 6061-T6 alloy and temper. Grating fasteners are specified as hot-dipped galvanized steel "G-Clip" with a 1/4-inch hex head cap screw. All supplied items shall be covered by a minimum one-year warranty against factory defects.
