Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks qualified offerors to supply and deliver dairy products to 21 school sites within the Rocky Mountain Purchasing Group's cooperative. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing site drops multiple times per week. The contract is for one year with the option to renew annually for four additional one-year terms. The scope of work includes providing healthy school meals and food options, adhering to federal Buy American law by prioritizing domestic products, and meeting specific product specifications for items such as various types of milk, sour cream, and buttermilk. Pricing will be determined by the Federal Order Base Price plus a Vendor Markup. The awarded vendor will be the sole contractor, and subcontracting is prohibited. Deliveries are expected during regular operating hours (7:30 am - 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding school holidays) and must maintain specific temperature requirements.
