Legal Counsel, Auditing, and Grant Writing Services

The West New York Board of Education is soliciting qualifications and proposals for several professional services to be rendered during the 2026-2027 school year. These services include Attorney General Counsel, Attorney, Workers' Compensation Auditor, and Grant Writing. The procurement process will adhere to NJSA 19:44A-20.4 and 20.5 et seq., NJSA 18A:18-5 et seq., and Local Finance Notice 2007-11 (C). The Board intends to establish a pool of qualified professional services firms. Projects will be assigned and contracts awarded to firms selected for the pool on a project-by-project basis, or as deemed necessary by the Board. Firms in the pool are not guaranteed a minimum number of projects, and fee negotiations will occur after the most highly qualified firm is selected for a specific project assignment.
