Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport Terminal Expansion Project - Construction Manager/General Contractor

This is a Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P) for a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport Terminal Expansion Project. Addendum No. 2 has been issued, making changes to the RFQ/P schedule and replacing Attachment D with revised FAA General Contract Provisions. Key dates have been updated, including deadlines for questions, walk-throughs, SOQ due dates, and notice of award. The revised Attachment D includes updated FAA General Contract Provisions covering access to records, breach of contract, Buy American preference, civil rights, clean air and water, contract work hours and safety, Copeland Anti-Kickback Act, Davis-Bacon requirements, termination clauses, trade restrictions, veteran's preference, domestic preferences, and prohibition of certain unmanned aircraft systems. Shortlisted Offerors must acknowledge receipt and acceptance of Addendum No. 2 in their proposals.
