Canterbury Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Facility Renovations

The Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County, Indiana is soliciting bids for the Canterbury Nursing & Rehabilitation Center 2026 Facility Renovations. This project involves interior and exterior renovations as detailed in the bidding documents. Bids will be accepted via email, mail, or hand delivery until 10:30 AM EST on May 19th, 2026, and will be publicly opened at 10:45 AM EST on the same day at American Senior Communities in Indianapolis. Bidders are required to submit a revised Form No. 96, a financial statement, a statement of experience, a proposed plan, and available equipment. Additionally, a bid bond of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount is required. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. All out-of-state corporations must have a certificate of authority to do business in Indiana, and the successful contractor must enroll in and verify employee work eligibility through the E-Verify program.
