Building Materials and Supplies

Victoria Independent School District (ISD) is soliciting proposals for building materials and supplies. This is an "as-needed" contract for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with the possibility of two one-year extensions. The district may make multiple awards to ensure a variety of products and may consider factors such as price, quality, delivery, vendor history, and compatibility with existing district products. Examples of materials include lumber, drywall, screws, nails, insulation, cement, steel, rebar, adhesives, and tools. Bids must be submitted electronically through the VISD ION Wave E-bid portal. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities or irregularities.
