Recruitment and Job Advertising Services

St. Johns County is seeking a contractor to provide recruitment, advertising, and talent attraction services through the Indeed Insertion Package. The services include job posting and distribution, sponsored job visibility enhancements, candidate targeting, ATS integration, and data reporting and analytics. The contractor will publish job postings provided by the County on the Indeed platform, ensuring visibility to job seekers nationwide across desktop, mobile, and job alert notifications. Enhanced visibility for sponsored jobs will be provided by prioritizing them above organic search results to increase applicant flow. The package will also include targeted visibility features to reach job seekers with specific skills, geographic preferences, or experience levels, and will highlight the County's values, benefits, and work environment. If applicable, integration with Workday to sync job posts and candidate data will be provided. The contractor will supply metrics on job visibility, clicks, applications, and candidate quality, along with recommendations for optimizing spend. The County may set daily or monthly budgets for sponsored postings under a pay-for-performance model, with adjustments possible at any time.
