Youth Mental Health and Crisis Intervention Services

The State of Iowa, through the Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking proposals for mental health and crisis intervention services for youth aged 5-17 residing in Linn County. Services will be voluntary and free, focusing on immediate crisis intervention (24/7 hotline with a 60-minute response time), assessment, referral, case management (for at least 45 days with a minimum of three appointments), and follow-up services for at least six months post-crisis response. The anticipated contract term is one year with two additional one-year renewal options. Proposals are due by May 8, 2026. The total contract funding is capped at $224,997.00 for the entire term, with administrative costs limited to 10% of the total contract amount.
