Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Business Administration Software Managed Services

The New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA) is soliciting proposals for managed services for its PeopleSoft Financials and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. The selected vendor will be responsible for supporting and maintaining these systems, including PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 and HCM 9.2, as well as related systems such as Kronos Workforce Central, Infor EAM, and Infios. The scope of services includes providing on-site and off-site resources for business analysis, system administration, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and applying necessary upgrades and patches. The contract will be for an initial term of three years, with the option for two additional one-year extensions.
