The manager is required to live in a unit within the facility to ensure availability. Services include regular maintenance and janitorial tasks, as well as on-call services for unscheduled or urgent needs. The role also involves coordinating data collection, performing routine checks on mechanical systems (boiler, air compressor, air handling unit), and ensuring the facility is maintained in accordance with established schedules and best practices. This includes tasks related to daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal maintenance, such as cleaning common areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces, as well as minor repairs to plumbing, sheetrock, hardware, and carpets.
