Youth Sports and Preschool Photography Services

The City of Santa Clarita is seeking professional photography services for their Youth Sports, Aquatics, and Primetime Preschool programs. The vendor will provide seasonal picture days for youth sports, aquatics, and primetime preschool during winter, spring, summer, and fall. The vendor will visit various city facilities, such as the Santa Clarita Sports Complex, several city-operated pools, and selected park locations to photograph teams, individual players, swimmers, and preschool graduates. The vendor shall provide a digital package as well as traditional printed photos, which must be delivered directly to the customer. The vendor should have a comprehensive offering of photo packages and include a basic package charging no more than $20, not including shipping. For the 3-year-old Primetime Preschool classes, the contractor will take an individual photo of each child and a group photo of each class, as well as provide a backdrop and props for the individual photos. For the 4-year-old classes, the contractor will provide a cap and gown photo opportunity, an individual picture of the student, and one group/classroom photo for each preschool class. The photo vendor must accept payment directly for all photo packages using secure, contactless payment methods.
