Hawkeye Assembly with GPS Enhancement

The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking quotes for an Extant Part Number 0155-1002-02ET, a Hawkeye Assembly in a Tan Transit Case, 100 lbs, with GPS enhancement. Vendors must be registered with the OMS Vendor Portal or EDI to receive Purchase Orders. Deliveries are required within the Continental United States and must comply with MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling standards. Prices should be submitted on a FOB Destination basis, including the vendor's best delivery lead time. This solicitation is not a small business set-aside. Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation factor, provided the offeror meets all administrative compliance requirements. To submit a quote, vendors must email the completed RFQ Form and MIL-STD-129 Form to erin.ji@gsa.gov by the closing date. If a vendor does not have a completed Instaquote Program form on file, page 8 of the MIL-STD-129 form must be signed and returned.
