Assistive Technology Services

The Red Clay Consolidated School District and Colonial School Districts are seeking proposals for Assistive Technology Services. This RFP aims to secure specialized support for students with disabilities, including evaluations, consultative services, and direct therapy. The services will cover a range of programs and student needs, including general school settings, Autism Support classrooms, Early Years Program, and the Meadowood Program. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing licensed and experienced assistive technology specialists who can offer ongoing support, continuing education for school staff and parents, and services during extended school year programs. The contract period is from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, with an option to renew.
