Career & Technical Education Career Pathways & Professional Network Services

Houston Independent School District (HISD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for career and technical education career pathways and professional network services. This project aims to identify and contract with vendors who meet HISD's criteria and are authorized to provide these services. The tentative term for this project is from August 14, 2026, through August 13, 2027, with two automatic annual renewals possible, extending the contract no later than August 13, 2029. HISD may also elect to extend the contract for up to an additional 90 days for business continuity if needed.
