New Waterford Community Center Construction

This project involves the construction of a new community center in Waterford, Michigan. The architect for the project is Neumann/Smith, located at 400 Galleria Officentre, Suite 555, Southfield, MI 48034. Frank Rewold and Sons Inc. is serving as the Construction Manager, with their office located at 303 E. Third St., Suite 300, Rochester, MI 48307. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, May 28, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid walk-through is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026, meeting at 7350 Cooley Lake Rd., Waterford, MI 48327, at the former Oakland Community College - Highland Oaks Campus, main entrance of the Health/Physical Education Building. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, either mailed or delivered in person, to Frank Rewold and Sons Inc. prior to the bid due date. A public bid opening will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at Frank Rewold and Sons Inc.'s office.
