Legal Services for Legislative Council Service

The Legislative Council Service (LCS) is soliciting proposals for comprehensive legal services. The selected Offeror will be responsible for serving as counsel to the LCS, providing expert advice and counsel on constitutional, statutory, and regulatory matters impacting the legislature and its entities. Services will also include conducting legal research, issuing legal opinions, and representing the LCS in various legal proceedings such as negotiations, litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
