Tuolumne County Resource Family Home Respite Services

The County of Tuolumne is requesting proposals from qualified Resource Families to provide Quality Parenting and Caregiving Respite Services at the Tuolumne County Resource Family Home. This service is intended to support children in protective custody or those placed voluntarily, ensuring they receive loving, committed, and skilled care. The selected providers will work closely with children, their families, and county staff to support permanency options for the children. Services include residing at the home, providing care consistent with Resource Family Approval directives, transporting children, preparing meals, maintaining a safe environment, and documenting child needs and behaviors. Providers must possess a current Resource Family Approval certificate and be willing to accept children of all ages and genders for up to 90 days.
