Provision of Serviced Apartments in London

The U.S. Embassy in London requires fully furnished, serviced apartments with up to three bedrooms for short-term occupancy. The apartments should be located in the Wimbledon, Putney, Nine Elms/Battersea, St. John's Wood, and Marylebone areas of London, United Kingdom. This is an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a performance period of one year from the date of award. The contract will be firm-fixed-price with firm-fixed-price task orders. Electronic submissions are accepted and must be received by May 14, 2026, at 17:00 BST.
