Ministry Building Addition

This project involves the construction of a 5,570 square foot addition to the existing ministry building at St. Michael's Catholic Church. The scope of work includes minor demolition of the current Parish Office to facilitate the addition, which will be wood-framed with brick and stone exterior. The project also encompasses parking lot improvements, hardscape, and landscaping. Bids are due by 3:00 PM on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, and should be submitted via email to Amanda Whitaker at ANF Architects (Amanda@anfa.com) or delivered to 1500 Union Ave., Memphis, TN 38104. Bidders are required to include signed Bid Forms, a Schedule of Values, and a List of Major Subs with their submission. Hard copies of plans and specifications are available for purchase, or documents can be downloaded for free from the online plan room.
