Campus Event Related Products and Services

North East Independent School District (NEISD) is soliciting proposals for a variety of campus event related products and services. This is an Extended Response Period (ERP) bid, and awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis throughout the solicitation period. NEISD encourages vendors to submit responses as soon as possible, as proposals will be evaluated and awards made upon acceptance. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis, and NEISD does not guarantee purchase quantities or dollar amounts. Vendors are strongly encouraged to submit bids electronically through the NEISD e-bidding platform, though paper bids are legally accepted. Respondents must register as a supplier to respond electronically. Services may include DJs, entertainers (magicians, clowns, balloon twisters), party rental equipment (bouncy houses, tents, balloon garlands), muralists, audiographers, movie screen and equipment rental, costume designers, and related services. This bid specifically excludes party or banquet venues and photography services.
