Fire Safety Services for Boulder County Housing Authority Properties

The Boulder County Housing Authority is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed contractors to provide comprehensive fire protection inspection, testing, certification, monitoring, maintenance, and repair services. These services are required for residential, administrative, and commercial facilities managed by the Housing Authority throughout Boulder County. The scope of work includes ensuring all fire protection systems are fully operational, compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, and meet National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, testing devices, permits, transportation, materials, and documentation to perform these services.
