Water Source Heat Pump Purchase

BHFX Digital Imaging is seeking bids for the purchase of water source heat pumps intended for instructional use. Bid documents can be obtained from the BHFX plan room. All bids must be submitted through the BHFX plan room by 1:00 PM prevailing time on May 20, 2026. A public bid opening will be held remotely on the same day at 1:00 PM prevailing time via Zoom. BHFX Digital Imaging reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities or technicalities, or to reject any non-responsive bid in the interest of the company. Late bids will not be accepted.
