Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Teen Recovery Center Services

The County of San Diego is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Teen Recovery Center Services for adolescents aged 12 to 21. The services are intended for individuals with substance use issues, including co-occurring mental health conditions, who are full-scope Medi-Cal beneficiaries, low income, or uninsured. The contract will include a base period of six months with four one-year options. Services will be provided in the North Coastal Region of San Diego County. The scope of work includes providing a continuum of care modeled after the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria, with an emphasis on evidence-based practices, outreach, engagement, and retention of clients. Services will be delivered in the least restrictive environment and may include school-based services, community-based services, and telehealth. Contractors will be expected to adhere to all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, including those related to Medi-Cal and Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System (DMC-ODS) requirements. Key performance outcomes will be measured and reported.
