This project involves improvements to 10th Ave SW from SW 112th St to SW 116th St in King County, Washington. The scope of work includes clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, removal of existing asphalt pavement, gravel surface, curbs, pavement markings, and block wall. It also includes grading, installation of drainage improvements, construction of cement concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps, and raised crosswalk, as well as hot mix asphalt pre-leveling and overlay. Additionally, the project requires erosion control, installation of painted and plastic pavement markings, temporary traffic control, and landscaping. The estimated contract price for this project is $307,643.35. King County requires a minimum of 10% for King County Certified Small Contractors and Suppliers (SCS) on this contract. This agreement is subject to the appropriations of the State of Washington.
