Application for Certificate of Assured Water Supply - Saddlebrooke Ranch West

This notice concerns an application submitted to the Arizona Department of Water Resources for a Certificate of Assured Water Supply for Saddlebrooke Ranch West. The property is located within Township 9 South, Range 14 East, Section 31 and Township 10 South, Range 14 East, Sections 6 and 7, GSRB&M, Pinal County, within the TUCSON Active Management Area. The proposed water source is groundwater, to be supplied by Arizona Water Company - Oracle System. Objections to the issuance of this certificate may be filed by any resident of the TUCSON Active Management Area. Objections must be submitted in writing to the Docket Supervisor of the Department of Water Resources, Legal Division, by June 19, 2026. The objection must include the objector's name and mailing address, be signed, and clearly state the reasons why the Certificate should not be issued. The grounds for objection are limited to whether the application meets the criteria for determining an assured water supply as defined by Arizona Revised Statutes, Section 45-576(I) and Arizona Administrative Code, R12-15-701 et seq.
