Hazardous Waste Collection and Disposal Services

The City of Santa Barbara is soliciting bids for hazardous waste legal collection and disposal services on an as-needed basis for the Waterfront Department. Collection sites are located within the Waterfront area, including the Harbor Maintenance Yard, Marina 2, Marina 4, and City Pier. This solicitation may be subject to the City of Santa Barbara Ordinance No. 5384, relating to the payment of Living Wages. The initial contract period will be for one year from the date of award, with the possibility of renewal for four additional one-year terms. The maximum term of the contract shall not exceed five years from the date of award.
