Postage Meter and Mailing System Lease

The Alaska Army National Guard (AKARNG) requires a complete, turn-key postage metering and reporting system for one location in Anchorage, Alaska. The system must be capable of weighing mail, printing postage, and generating detailed web-accessible reports on mail weight, cost per piece, total postage costs, and the number of outgoing pieces. The system must also meet specific equipment specifications including a 130 letters per minute processing speed and a 70 lb. capacity scale, and possess a Certificate of Networthiness (CoN) for DoD networks. Services and support required include routine maintenance and repair, replacement supplies, non-complex postage download, customer training, and discounted rates for federal customers. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price agreement with a base year and four one-year option periods, with devices to be delivered and ready for use by September 1, 2026. Evaluation will be based on price, technical capability, and past performance.
