Fee Window and Door Acquisition at Saguaro National Park

This project involves the installation of a new exterior-mounted transaction window, an emergency exit door, and an interior metal frame wall with a door at the Red Hills Visitor Center in Saguaro National Park, Tucson, Arizona. The work includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for a complete installation, adhering to all applicable codes and National Park Service requirements. Option 1 includes relocating an existing Auto Pay Pedestal and repairing a concrete walkway. The project requires the contractor to provide product data, shop drawings, and samples for all materials. The installation must ensure weather-tightness and proper sealing. Demolition of CMU block walls will be necessary for the installation of the new window and door. The scope also includes interior wall and door installation, matching existing finishes, and exterior painting. The contractor will be responsible for site-specific safety plans, accident prevention plans, and adherence to OSHA standards. Waste management and recycling are also key components of the project, with specific requirements for diverting materials from landfills.
