Meat and Fish Bid for Ebensburg Center Dietary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, through the Department of Human Services Ebensburg Center, is seeking a contractor to supply meat products for the dietary requirements of consumers at 4501 Admiral Peary Highway, Ebensburg, PA 15931. The contract period will cover the months of July, August, and September 2026. The solicitation includes a variety of meat items such as charbroiled beef hamburger, hot dogs, pork loin, BBQ riblets, diced ham, ground ham, bacon bits, pork chops, ground beef, sliced ham, and ground pork. Bidders are required to supply products that meet the specifications and pack sizes of the acceptable brands listed in the solicitation. Delivery dates are specified and must be adhered to, though the facility may arrange alternate deliveries. Quantities may be adjusted by the Dietary Director to meet consumer needs. Award will be made based on the lowest price per line item or the lowest overall price. Late bids will be disqualified. Electronic bid responses are the only accepted method of submission. Interested vendors must register on the DGS emarketplace website (www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us) to obtain a vendor number and submit an online bid.
