America250 American Festival Hibiya Park 2026

The U.S. Mission Japan is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the America250 American Festival, to be held in Hibiya Park, Tokyo, from July 18 to July 20, 2026. The selected contractor will be responsible for the facilitation, preparation, setup, and breakdown of the festival, which aims to sell American foods and drinks to over 20,000 visitors and promote cultural exchange through musical performances. The scope of work includes securing vendors, managing logistics, obtaining necessary approvals, providing rental equipment, creating advertising materials, and coordinating on-site operations. The festival will feature a "Great American BBQ" theme, with the U.S. Meat Export Federation sponsoring a showcase of U.S. beef and pork products, and the U.S. Embassy's Agricultural Trade Office promoting U.S. beverages and other food products under the "Cheers USA!" theme. The event is an official America 250 (A250) event.
