CDTA Red Line Infrastructure Upgrades

The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) is soliciting bids for the Red Line Infrastructure Upgrades project. This project involves significant infrastructure improvements. Bidders are required to submit their bids in accordance with the proposal instructions. Questions regarding the Invitation for Bids must be submitted in writing to Stacy Sansky, Director of Procurement, no later than 11:00 AM EST on May 13, 2026. CDTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The solicitation also emphasizes opportunities for disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned business enterprises and includes prohibitions on procurement lobbying pursuant to State Finance Law §§139-j and 139-k.
