The Township of Millburn, Essex County, New Jersey, is transitioning to electronic publication of all legal notices required by law, effective March 1, 2026. Notices will continue to be published in designated newspapers until this date. After March 1, 2026, the Township's official website will serve as the primary posting mechanism for legal notices. The complete text of each legal notice will be accessible on the Township's website at https://twp.millburn.nj.us/bids.aspx, with a direct link available from the homepage. This notice will be published twice monthly through December 31, 2026. A statewide legal notices hyperlink webpage is also being established by the New Jersey Secretary of State by March 1, 2026, and a link will be provided on the public notices page once available.
