All Season Cold Patch Open Term Contract

The State of Nevada, Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Department of Transportation, is seeking competitive pricing for All Season Asphalt Cold-Patch material. This contract is primarily for the Nevada Department of Transportation, but other state agencies, cities, and political subdivisions may also place orders. The contract period will be from the date of award through April 30, 2027, with the option for extensions if in the best interest of the State. Price increases will not be allowed during the first year of the contract. All pricing shall be FOB destination, and additional shipping will not apply. Bids are restricted to specific products listed in the Nevada Department of Transportation's Qualified Product List (QPL) or products with prior NDOT approval.
