Ocean County College Auditor Services

The Board of Trustees of Ocean County College intends to provide an annual comprehensive audit of the College's financial condition, in accordance with the Higher Education Restructuring Act of 1994. This audit is to be led by a Certified Public Accounting Firm and performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards as defined by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Government Auditing Standards issued by the United States Government Accountability Office. The audit should include tests of the accounting records and other auditing procedures as deemed necessary by the firm to ensure certification of the College's financial statements.
