Quarterly Subsistence Supplies for FCI Edgefield

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Edgefield, South Carolina, is seeking to procure quarterly subsistence supplies. This is a 100% small business set-aside solicitation. The contract will be a firm-fixed price type, with deliveries expected on or around July 1, 2026. The facility reserves the right to make weekly adjustments to quantities and delivery schedules based on institutional needs. Deliveries are FOB Destination to the Federal Correctional Institution, 501 Gary Hill Road, Edgefield, South Carolina 29824. If a scheduled delivery falls on a holiday, it will be moved to the next business day. The solicitation will be available on or about May 5, 2026, and posted on Beta.SAM.gov. Quotes are due by 1:00 pm EST on May 15, 2026. The anticipated award date is May 20, 2026, with an effective date of July 1, 2026. The government reserves the right to make multiple awards.
