Temporary to Permanent Employment Services

The City of Manchester, Tennessee is soliciting sealed bids from qualified businesses to provide temporary to permanent employment services. The selected vendor will be responsible for sourcing and providing employment candidates for both temporary and permanent hire. Key submission requirements include the business name, address, contact information, a detailed description of proposed services and associated costs, proof of licenses and permits, and proof of insurance meeting the City's requirements. Sealed bid packets must be delivered by 2:00 PM on May 14, 2026, to the City of Manchester, Attn: Purchasing Agent, 200 West Fort Street, Manchester, TN 37355. Bids will be publicly opened at noon on May 15, 2026, in the City Hall Boardroom. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
