Take Home Decodables for Orange Township Public School District

The Orange Board of Education, located in Orange, New Jersey, is soliciting proposals for "Take Home Decodables." This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) under the Competitive Contracting Process. Respondents are required to submit one clearly marked original proposal, four complete copies, and one electronic flash drive containing both the program proposal and the cost proposal. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes via overnight or certified mail to the Orange Board of Education, School Business Administrator, 451 Lincoln Avenue, 1st Floor, Orange, New Jersey 07050. Electronic submissions via email are not accepted. The envelope must be clearly labeled with the title "Take Home Decodables," Proposal No. 009-2025-2026, the respondent's name and address, and the proposal due date and time. All respondents must comply with New Jersey statutes regarding Affirmative Action Against Discrimination and Statement of Ownership. A Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Contractor Questionnaire/Certification must also be submitted. Failure to complete and submit all required forms may result in disqualification. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities. Proposals will be evaluated by qualified District personnel.
