Professional Appraisal Services

The State of Delaware, Department of Government Support Services is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide real estate appraisal services. This Request for Proposals (RFP) aims to establish a list of certified appraisers eligible to perform statewide real estate appraisals. Services may include performing real property appraisals and appraisal reviews in accordance with USPAP and UASFLA standards, as well as other applicable federal and state laws. The RFP covers various property types including vacant parcels, improved parcels, conservation easements, historic properties, and miscellaneous properties. Vendors will be selected based on qualifications, geographic service area, timeliness, and price.
