Ragan and E Russell Culvert Replacements

This project involves the construction of the Ragan and E Russell Culvert Replacements. The scope of work includes approximately 70 linear feet of various size precast box culverts, 85 linear feet of 8-inch water line, and 200 linear feet of 8-inch sewer line. Additionally, the project requires approximately 100 tons of various grade asphalt, 400 square yards of asphalt milling, clearing, and other miscellaneous work as detailed in the contract plans and specifications. A pre-bid conference will be held on May 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM at 816 E Green Drive, High Point, NC 27260. Attendance is strongly encouraged for a full understanding of project specifications. General contractors must comply with North Carolina's regulations for general contractors. Contract documents and plans can be obtained from Duncan Parnell Company, Inc. at 4275 Regency Drive, Suite 100, Greensboro, NC 27410. A non-refundable fee of $120 (plus tax and shipping) is required for each set. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. A performance and payment bond, each equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, will be required after award.
