Site Lighting LED Conversion Phase 2

The University of Northern Iowa is soliciting bids for the Site Lighting LED Conversion Phase 2 project. This project entails the replacement of existing high-pressure sodium site lighting fixtures with new LED type fixtures. Additionally, the scope includes replacing existing wiring and installing a new walkway lighting fixture and pole. Bids will be received electronically through www.bidexpress.com until 2:00 p.m. local Iowa time on June 4, 2026, and will then be publicly opened and read aloud via a Zoom Meeting. A 10% participation goal for certified Targeted Small Businesses is specified. Iowa Construction Sales Tax Exemption Certificates will be provided for this project.
