On-Call Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services

The Chelan County Natural Resources Department (CCNRD) is soliciting interest from consultants for on-call architectural, engineering, and other professional services. Firms will be evaluated and added to a roster based on the categories of services provided. CCNRD encourages minority, woman, and veteran-owned firms to respond. Contracts will be negotiated based on available funding, County procurement standards, and all other state or federal regulations. Interested firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) including relevant experience, familiarity with codes and standards, past projects, resumes of key personnel, professional licenses and certifications, references, company information, and a completed Service Survey form. Evaluation factors include Expertise (30%), Key personnel qualifications (30%), Firms familiarity with relevant codes and standards (20%), and Past performances (20%).
