Dixie Technical College Progressive Design-Build Trades & Technology Building - Design Services

The State of Utah, through the Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM), is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure programming and design services for the Dixie Technical College Progressive Design-Build Trades & Technology Building project. This solicitation represents Phase 2 of the State's pilot Progressive Design-Build procurement. The selected Architect/Design Team will collaborate with Zwick/Suffolk JV, DFCM, and Dixie Technical College as part of the final Progressive Design-Build team. The estimated construction budget for this project is $47,600,000.00.
