System Flow Monitoring and Maintenance Services

The City of Burlington's Department of Public Works - Water Resources Division (WRD) is soliciting proposals for ongoing system flow monitoring and maintenance services. This contract will involve providing data analysis, operation and maintenance of all equipment, quality assurance/quality control, data finalization, monthly reporting, wireless data upload, and web hosting services. The selected contractor will be responsible for equipment rentals, installation, and maintenance, with WRD not providing installation support or wireless web hosting services. WRD requires continuous access to the web hosting platform and all installed equipment, including cameras, rain gauges, area-velocity sensors, and manhole monitoring equipment. The contractor will also provide technical support for the web hosting services, including at least one training session for WRD staff. Work locations will vary throughout the City of Burlington.
